Nearby activities include horse riding, go-karting and tenpin bowling as well as all the usual water sports at the beach. There is a designated parking space on the ground floor. The balcony has a beautiful uninterrupted view towards the coast across open countryside and olive groves to the blue Mediterranean ! There is also a whirlpool/jacuzzi beside the main pool and ornamental flower gardens complement the area well. It feels completely private in the pool area, as it is entirely enclosed. There are separate male and female showers, toilets and changing rooms situated beside the pool. Sun loungers are provided around the pool.At night, the pool looks fantastic when it is floodlit underwater. The apartment has an open-plan air-conditioned lounge with a fully-equipped kitchen at one end. Includes:fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric oven, electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, mini vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cleaning utensils, folding clothes airer & pegs. The lounge has triple sliding doors opening on to the spacious balcony.It is furnished in traditional style with restful colours and ethnic touches. There are two very comfortable armchairs and a matching three-seater settee which converts into a double bed. [bedding provided]. There is a satelite TV (free-to-air) and DVD player as well as a portable radio/CD player. A powerful free-standing fan is provided. On the balcony is a 4ft round table and four chairs with cushions. The air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds. Again, in traditional style, locally made Cypriot furniture has been used. There is fantastic built-in storage in two floor-to-celing wardrobes, incorporating shelves, drawers and hanging space. Access to the balcony by two sliding doors. All bed linen is provided.
