It is a 90 squall meters in surface unished flat on the sea side, very suitable for 4 – 5 persons located at the first floor a two storeyed building it is made up of a small hall, bathroom with shower, living room, 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a kichen and 3 balconies. From one balcony wiew of the sea, you can ejoy the from the other the weew of a nice garden. The largest balcony is for meals in the open. The kitchen has oven fridge and freezer. The large and bright sitting room has armchairs, table and chairs. Both the sitting room and one of the two double bed rooms have an air conditioning unit. The flat has also washing – machine, tv sat and car pit in the garage.Holiday house VERDE ACQUA located in the heart of the baroque “Val di Noto” inserted in the world list by UNESCO, quite close to Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto. The site is surrounded with more than two miles so... beach and crystalline sea and it is also close beatiful spots?? Suchas the naturalistic oasis of “Irminio river outlet”, “Vendicari”, and the “Avola small lakes”The touristich is located at ¼ of a mile distance. Possible excursions to: Donnafugata Castel and the archeological place of Kamarina surrounded by the carattristic south eastery sicilian landscape with citrons and oliva groves, you can enjoy all year round the local delicious food and wine, such as ragusano DOP cheese, genuine oliva oil, the Cerasuolo DOC wine our famous chocolate and so on. On request is possible to arrangeorganiseprivate motor boat excursions for no more than 6 persons.
